Shipping Policy

(1) Can the products send to my country?

     We support shipping to America, Canada currently.

    Subsequently, logistics transportation to multiple countries will be launched simultaneously.

(2) How much does shipping cost?

     You can enjoy free shipping for all items! If there are additional products that require shipping fees in the future, we will make adjustments and announcements.

(3) How long will it take to my orders arrive?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (Not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances)

    For Clones products:  within 8 weeks

    For other products:  within 4 weeks

Standard Shipping Time:  8-15 business days

(4) How can I track my order?

  You can log in to this website https://www.17track.net/zh-cn to track your order. Or you can send me your order number.

(5) What should I do if the package doesn’t arrive?

  If you don’t get your package with 30days after it was been shipped, please Contact us with email omptservice@outlook.com or customer. We will check and resent one to you!

Refund policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Please give us an opportunity to serve you better by providing us with your valuable feedback.

Returns will only be accepted, and credit given, or money refunded if all of the following conditions are met:

(1) Items must be in original condition as shipped.

(2) Notification of your intention to make a return must be received by us within 48 hours of delivery of the item(s).

(3) Returned item(s) must be received by us within 20 days of the date the item was delivered.

(4) Customer is financially responsible for all shipping and handling charges connected with the item and assumes full responsibility for its safe return. We suggest careful packing and insurance as the minimum precautions.

If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order will be sent back to you.

Refund Method

Please send us an email at omptservice@outlook.com prior to returning the goods.

Once a return has been approved, we will organize the return of the goods (in the case of faulty goods, OMPT will not be responsible for return postage costs). Once we receive the goods, you will receive your refund via your original payment method within 14 working days.
